Templars
The Templars are a unique guild that is loosely held together by the belief that life is only worth living if one does so in pursuit and service of a cause. Because each Templar chooses his or her own cause, Templars often disagree on what is most important in life. However, this common belief that pursuing a cause makes life exciting and worthwhile, serves to forge a surprisingly strong bond between its members.
The Creed of the Templar:
- A Templar exists to serve his cause.
- The Body must be mastered: It is the most basic tool in serving his cause.
- Magic must be harnessed: It is the most flexible tool in serving his cause.
- Influence and respect must be earned: They deliver his cause to the masses.
